REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All items in our shop (with the exception of service-based items) have a 30 day no questions asked refund policy as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund of your purchase:

  • You will need to return the item purchased within 30 days, starting from the day you completed the order.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
  • Items for refund received by us after the initial 30-day period are no longer eligible for refund and the item shipped back will be forfeited
    by the customer and will not receive the sent item back.
  • Some items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for an exact replacement. These items are described as “not refundable” on the
    product details page.

REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, AND WARRANTY

  • Standard warranty involves the first 30 days of purchase. Any defect or damage to the product may be shipped back, at the buyer’s expense, to receive a repair or a replacement of the product.
  • A fee of $10 provided at checkout will allow an extension of the 30-day warranty to last exactly 1 year.
  • After the allotted warranty time period, any damages or alterations to the product will be subject to paid repairs, which is as follows:
    • $7.50 per pair of earrings product
    • $20 per bracelet product
    • $20 per necklace product
    • The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to the merchant
  • If the merchant determines that the cost to repair an item is valued at a price that is more than the sale item of the product, then it will be the discretion of the merchant to inform the buyer that they will need to repurchase the item altogether at the current selling price.
 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Shipping costs are free and included in your final cost of your order.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after the order is placed for the items to be processed and shipped.
  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • We DO ship to Puerto Rico.
  • We DO ship to APO addresses.
  • We DO ship to PO Boxes.
  • We DO NOT ship to Guam, Saipan, or any other United States controlled territories.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere outside of the United States.

DISCLAIMER

  • The products you receive may not look exactly as the ones in the images as each item is handmade and will vary slightly.
  • In any instance of our policy where the buyer has to ship an item back to the merchant, the buyer will be responsible for those costs.
